Alongside our range of standard products Vaughans (Hope Works) also specialises in designing custom-made light and medium duty furnaces for a wide range of hot-metal processes.
Our furnace design team consists of  independent technical designers with a wealth of experience in this field.

Some examples of recent projects
1)Lift-out and central Axis Tilting Melting Furnaces with  capacities of 50-120kg fuelled by gas and oil for vocational training schools in the Middle East.

2)Mobile  Tunnel Design LPG Forge for the UK's premier blacksmith's training school (illustrated below).
